I've been following a lot of fitness/weightloss accounts on instagram of people who have had as much or more to lose than myself. It's done wonders to motivate and inspire me. I find things like this peppered all through their pages.

Thanks, you are all very welcome! Losing weight is one of the hardest things we humans have to do. It's really easy to get discouraged and give up when you don't see change or it's taking too long, and that's when people give up. The thing about that is once you quit even more time will pass anyway, and if you've thrown in the towel the only thing that will change is time. No matter what we can't lose sight of why we're doing this and the number one reason should be to get healthy. You get healthy and your body will have no choice but to follow suit as long as you don't give up!

Christine, so very true. i am losing my faith and the sight of my end goal i just wish i could see the inches go as well as the weight. i know its a waiting game and i am NOT going to quit. i have come too far and still have a long way to go. But i can do this. i know i can. Thank you for posting. It is so very encouraging.
