I am mommy of 4 who is finally ready to get back in shape. I'm done with having kids so mentaly I'm in a good place. I know that I'm not gonna have to put some weigh back ever again this is the best time to lose those extra pounds that crept up on me lol during my pregnancies . I'll never be one of those skinny girls but... I want to get fit and be in shape.

Im having trouble staying on my diet its been since may all i do is go up down tried of it
you don't have to be on any diet jus count the intake of food to have an idea how much calories you consume per day

Making healthy foods taste better?
my kids not so big on the veggies as well but I want them to eat it anyway so all carrots,celery, onion goes into food processor Smile) and problem solved !!! I make hamburgers,meat souce with it and they have no clue that they eating not only meat but veggies as well.
