Training for 1/2 marathon

Luvtorunn which 1/2 you are planning to run, may be one in DC?
as of training and losing weight at this moment i would pay more attention to the training plan.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I agree with you on this Da-Pumper. We have to stop the insanity of weighing ourselves. I step on the scale once a month. The main thing I focus is on my eating & exercise.

I would focus more on the weight lifting exercises,some spinning classes are good too, because cardio can be done walking outside not on the treadmill, but again its just me Smile

there is a saying that "80% of losing weight starts in the kitchen & 20 % in the GYM!!!" I totally agree with this statemen. We have to watch what we put in our mouthsSmile
I fell in love with mason jars and do my weekley salad prep for the whole week once per week and I'm set!!!
