I am mommy of 4 who is finally ready to get back in shape. I'm done with having kids so mentaly I'm in a good place. I know that I'm not gonna have to put some weigh back ever again this is the best time to lose those extra pounds that crept up on me lol during my pregnancies . I'll never be one of those skinny girls but... I want to get fit and be in shape.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I agree with you on this Da-Pumper. We have to stop the insanity of weighing ourselves. I step on the scale once a month. The main thing I focus is on my eating & exercise.

I would focus more on the weight lifting exercises,some spinning classes are good too, because cardio can be done walking outside not on the treadmill, but again its just me Smile

there is a saying that "80% of losing weight starts in the kitchen & 20 % in the GYM!!!" I totally agree with this statemen. We have to watch what we put in our mouthsSmile
I fell in love with mason jars and do my weekley salad prep for the whole week once per week and I'm set!!!

when the skin is too stretched out there is no cure to make it tighter with exercises it goes same for the tummy
