I DID A HANDSTAND TODAY!
As part of my 'arm' days, I've started practicing handstands in effort to gain some strength in my arms. I try to do bodyweight exercises as I want to build practical muscle, not just aesthetic muscle. I've been practicing against a wall and today I had the courage to try one on my own.
And to my surprise...it stuck!
Sure I may have only held it for a few seconds, but it felt awesome. Enough so that I did one more before calling it a day.
