Burned the legs on a nice little Tabata today. Squats, squat jumps, reverse lunge with kick, cross-reverse lunge with knee-up, etc. I found myself holding on to the handrail as I descended the stairs from my gym today. Might have overdone it a bit...will find out in a couple of days.
Not thrilled with the new eating routine I've been on the past couple of weeks. I think I'll be back to my old pre-workout yogurt routine. Constantly switching things up and reassessing to see what works best.
I've enjoyed reading everyones journals these past couple of days. I constantly find inspiration at this site...and quite a few laughs, too. Thanks for keeping it real on here.
