January: 1 lb lost - gaining and losing the same five pounds over and over! February: 9 lbs lost - walking a lot helped me so much! March: 5.2 lbs lost April: 6.4 lbs lost May: 6.2 lbs lost June: 5.8 lbs lost July: 5.6 lbs lost Total lost since January 1st: 39.2 lbs!
