Back in the groove with daily exercise, and food is on plan. I saw 188.8 on the scale today...so hoping my September goal remains in sight.
Added some avocado to my food plan today - delicious! I have tried to add healthy fats to my diet while keeping the protein over 100g and net carbs under 100g every day. It takes a little juggling, but seems to work out in the end.
Walked one of my old routes today and it was a breeze - even trotted for parts of it - which was much too difficult last June even when I was walking daily. What a great measure of my progress!

My Setember goal is to be in the 180's (and stay there) and wear those pants that are on size smaller! Right now I am between sizes - the ones I wear are too loose but the next smaller size was still snug when tried them yesterday! So, more abdominal work this weekend!

Glad you monitor you nutrients for the day. That's so smart. I am keeping my carbs below 30 ... let the rest fall where it may. That's been my plan... yours is definitely working for you! WTG!
