#Keto Friendly pizza (no dough) .
crust is a large hamburger, spread over a 10 inch cast iron skillet. make the hamburger; drain liquids. top hamburber with a small amount of tomato paste. top with cheese and toppings of desire. broil till cheese melts.

Interesting! I tried chicken and cauliflower crusts, but I didn't like their eggy flavor. I use shredded italian blend cheese on parchment, 3 mins in the microwave, let it cool completely, while warming up toppings. Assemble then microwave until mozzarella topping melts.
