  1. Chop vegetables into little squares.
  2. Chop spices coarsely.

Modified recipe slightly- more wheat berries, beans, and balsamic, less sunflower seeds. Made 5 cups and I had just under a cup over lettuce for lunch today. Yum! Will definitely make again.

So delicious! Awesome mix of textures. I left the mint out and used a little extra lemon. Very fresh and easy to munch on
