Savory Chicken Saute

Rosemary and garlic sauteed chicken breast.

Directions

  1. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Sauté chicken breasts for 4 minutes, then turn over and add onion.
  3. Cover and cook 3 minutes longer, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add garlic, rosemary, and broth.
  5. Cover and cook until onion is tender-crisp, about 5 minutes longer.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.

Cook chicken and remove to a warm plate cover to keep warm.Add onion to pan a cook till almost caramelized.Add garlic rosemary and broth and cook 3 minutes...then add chicken back to pan, cover a simmer an additional 3 minutes.
