Great way to avoid bread but still get the sweetness of french toast.
Ingredients
Directions
- Heat pan with favorite cooking spray until hot.
- Beat the eggs.
- Add the splenda and cinnamon, beat well.
- Pour into pan and heat on medium heat with a lid to create a fluffy top.

Good idea! This could even be a snack, and if you wanted to reduce fat, use Egg beaters for half or all of the eggs!

I would probably cut the serving in half or more. I believe 1 egg is about 1/4 cup, so 1 cup of egg is 4 eggs!

I don't like to eat a lot of egg, 1 is more than enough for me...but I made it thin, kind of like a pancake. It was delicious! Didn't even taste like eggs to me.

great idea...did it in the microwave as muffins and sprinkle splenda and cinnamon on top wit a little bit of I cant believe its not butter!!!!!

Just substitute the sweetner with flora key and use non stick cooking pan instead of cooking spray.....and it would be excellent in Fat Flushers!
