I am a 26yo have had my weight problem my whole life I lost alot of weight going thru the academy but sitting in a car for 12hr a day and working with guys had allowed me to put it back on. I now have a great boyfriend whom supports me and loves me for me, sure he would like to see me healtier but still loves my curves. I did the South beach diet about 3-4 years ago and lost about 40 pounds Hoping it works the same this time. Iam not strick with diets cause I strongly believe in living life you only get one, but I will try my best.New picture of my guy and me!!!! at my sisters wedding in June 07

Keep good sugar free chocolate with you during the party and chew lots of sugar free gum if somethings already in your mouth then you can't eat m&m's

whats your best feature?
what do you like about yourself? To often do we put our selves down for what we dont like! But I want to know what you LIKE about yourself?

I found that I love my calves!!! After rockclimbing this past week I saw pictures and saw how awesome they look and fit they are. So its a start for me!!!!

Mine is to be healthier and happier with me!! I want to feel great in my clothes and not feel jiggle when I run!!
