A healthier alternative to deep fried french fries without sacrificing taste.
Ingredients
Directions
- Cut potatoes into wedges or fries and place in bowl.
- Add olive oil then add remaining ingredients and mix well until potatoes are coated.
- Bake on baking sheet or in baking dish for 45 minutes at 450° F (220° C) fliping them once half way through.

Made these tonight..very tasty. I cut the cooking time to 35 minutes. We will have these again!

In a hurry I microwave till almost "baked" then transfer to cast iron in the oven to brown them off.

I use pam instead of olive oil and seasoned salt, don't really like the chili seasoning.

I make these by lightly spraying the potato wedges with Pam olive oil spray and shaking the spices and herbs on, mixing well to coat, I bake them on a silpat mat - turning half way through the cooking time... no sticking. I do the same with sweet potatoes adding a little brown sugar to the spices.
