Directions
- Chop onions and mushrooms, sauté in a pan with olive oil over medium heat, and cook for 5-10 minutes.
- Cut squash in pieces and add to the pan.
- Add peas, mix and cover with lid. Cook on low heat for 15 minutes.
- Boil potatoes in a separate pan with water until done. Cut in squares and add to the other vegetables.
- Season as desired and turn off heat.
