I loved the poppers from our local pizza place..but these are so much better and I don't get as much of a upset stomach from these as they aren't deep fat fried!!

LOVE these... we call them "White Wings", though... and add in a bit of chicken in each instead of the cheddar. Also a smidge lower carb that way. SUPER tasty, though!

these are great cooked on the Grill/smoker and are known in the BBQ community as Atomic Buffalo Turds. i like to put some pulled pork in them before wrapping with bacon

So yummy! I made some with cream cheese and some without since my hubby doesn't like cream cheese...we both LOVED them! My diet is low-carb...similar to Atkins, so this appatizer works well!

LOVED this. Didn't use jalapenos, i only had small, sweet green peppers and i added crushed red pepper on top. fabulous. a little messy, but the cheddar and cream cheese combined is fantastic

I have been making these poppers for years, but without the cheddar. The only thing I do differently is I don't cut the peppers in half. Instead I cut the stem off, then a slit down one side of the pepper, clean out the inside and then stuff with cream cheese and wrap. This is my all time favorite snack.

ALso actual jalepeno poppers are made as said but then coated in bread crumbs and fried without the bacon. Thats when you mix cream cheese with chedder. Not saying you cant do it here but that the poppers I know.

I am in love with these things! I made them as my lunch for today and I am very pleased. Three jalapenos makes a perfect 6 piece serving!
