Egg Bites

Delicious breakfast or snack fresh from the oven.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Sauté vegetables in olive oil. Add chopped bacon and paprika.
  2. Whisk eggs with milk.
  3. Divide vegetable mixture into muffin tins and add 1 tsp goat cheese to each.
  4. Pour in beaten eggs.
  5. Bake at 325°F in a water bath covered with a sheet pan for 25 minutes or until set.
