Arugula Skirt Steak Salad

A salad of arugula steak and red onion.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cook onion in balsamic and brown sugar set aside.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil and heat steak seasoned with pepper and salt.
  3. Prepare arugula and tomatoes.
  4. Mix red wine vinegar and olive oil for dressing.
  5. Toss all of ingredients together.
