A delightful treat for snack or dessert.

Directions

  1. Heat over to 350°F. Combine flour, baking soda, and cinnamon in medium bowl.
  2. In large bowl, beat butter and sugars on medium speed until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla.
  3. Add flour mixture and mix well.
  4. Fold in oats. Stir.
  5. Scoop dough using a tablespoon and put on a baking sheet. Repeat until everything is used up.
  6. Bake 10 minutes until light golden brown. Let cool.
