The Biggest Loser is Not Realistic
agree with both of you
you certainly can't get the individual attention a personal trainer, equipment, right food and the TIME that the biggest loser people get but you definitely can look after yourself a hell of a lot better and take the time to do the right things like going to gym or taking walks and stop the fast food fix that is so easy to slip into.

I have heard alot about Dr Oz and the You diet and I am buying the book tomorrow. Any quick tips or do I just have to read it and do it.
