Directions

  1. Mix dry ingredients, except baking powder.
  2. Add eggs and egg white, then water.
  3. Add baking powder and stir well.
  4. Transfer the batter in a plastic bag, cut the tip, and squeeze to dispense into the donut pan.
  5. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 350°F.
