- Mix ketchup, mayonnaise, hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce together in a small mixing bowl.

For Atkins, use no sugar added low-carb kethcup to reduce the carb count, will drastically reduce the sugar. Worcestershire sauce contains sugar so cut that out and replace with vinegar and 1 packet of splenda for the taste.

if you divided by 4,used f.f. mayo it would be 1.3 points.that is 1 for 1/4 c. ketchup, .2'ish for 1/4 of the mayo,0 for 1.5 tsp worcestershire and 0 for 1/4tsp hot sauce.
