Chicken Tortellini Soup

A creamy, bursting-with-flavor dish for weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Wash and chop vegetables.
  2. Heat oil in a pan then add onions. Cook until translucent.
  3. Add garlic. Stir and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add chicken and broth. Bring to a boil then simmer until the chicken is done.
  5. Add vegetables, tortellini, and seasonings. Cook until tender.
  6. Remove from heat then add half and half.
  7. Transfer to a bowl then serve.
