I am a 48 year old man. I have made a decision to change my lifestyle. I am dedicated to eating healthy and working out. Recently, i lost a close family member due to healthy issues. So that made me relook at how I have been taking care of myself over the years. I have been eating anything and not caring about the effects on my health. When I was in the army I was really in shape but due to knee issues and working I became lazy in not taking care of myself. Now I look forward to this next chapter in my life. I will join a gym once I get below 200 lbs. There are many gyms in the Houston area and I been researching which one is best for me.
