whats the fight for
just sprained my ankle going down the stairs on my way to the gym talk about a set back after 5.4 pounds i need to work ten times harder rather than be in bed and just eat ,although i am watching my calorie count my heart hurts having to just lay down and do nothing sob sob, i had set next week number at 4 to 6 pounds i am crushed and demotivated hope i will not relapse and turn to comfort when the frustration hit any ideas of bed rest exercise .......if i see weight gain next week its going to be tough i have my 21st birthday coming up on April 4th and have never been below 180 pounds in a real long time and my goal in the next coming 8 weeks is to be at least below 180 pounds and currently my number is 190...i have been the big girl since at the age of 8 my family has a history of dietetics, heart problem and cancer i need to set an example to my Question Question Question sisters being the eldest of five girls.being an African woman even makes it harder ,where i come from big women are a symbol of beauty and i have made myself believe in that for far too long ...weight loss is more than we take it to be its not the numbers we deal with but what do we look for with the new us.is it happiness to fit in the jeans be socially accepted goals attained and done we still have to fix our mindsets ITS JUST NOT WEIGHT WE FIGHT.if you want to loose weight for the numbers go back to your drawing board and dig deep cause its more deep than that .you just did not wake up the way you are Crying or Very sad
