Decided it was time to update my bio. My name is Summer and I am a 31/yo wife and mother of two (Elijah, 3 and Anaiya, 2). I have constantly struggled with my weight since my pre-teen years. After having my two children, I became less confident about my body and decided that I needed to make a change. I'm also at risk for diabetes since it runs in my family, so I figured I need to change my eating habits now to decrease the risk.

Since I started my weight loss journey in April 2010, I am much more confident about my body and feeling much more fit, healthy, and sexy! I have been on a plateau for the last 3 months of 2009 (thankfully not gaining), so my present goal is to re-commit myself and kick it up a notch so I can get this last 10-15 lbs off!

165 lbs - reached 1/9/11!
160 lbs - reached 2/3/11!
