The dreaded bounce back - plus stupid eating. I had cheese which I know puts weight on me. I need to get back to the mantra 'meat, fish eggs, green veg; no flour, no sugar.'

I didn't get weighed this morning. I got up late and walked round in a fog until I could go back to bed. I know that I've eaten badly today, but hopefully not too badly. I've been doing my fasting/eating as between 18/6 and 22/2. I'm hoping to fast tomorrow and Tuesday - we're going out on Wednesday this week - but I'll see how I go.

Yesterday I pretty well fasted - I had a Bounce protein ball and coffee. So I'll expect a bounce back tomorrow. I wasn't particularly hungry and after a busy, for me, week, I slept a lot of yesterday.

day 4/115
Had a lovely day yesterday. We went to Seaford and had lunch - I had a mixed grill and left most of the chips - though I did eat the battered onion rings. We wandered round the town looking for a Nat West bank - there isn't one and then had an ice cream. It was the first time of taking the wheelchair out - the tyres definitely need pumping up. We had a few mix ups getting it back in the car, but we'll get used to it.

Day 3/115
Very pleased with that loss.
I didn't get under 20 grams of net carbs - but I was closer than I have been for a long time.
I'm more conscious of putting on weight now than I was for the time I was obese - from about 8 years of age. Where I used to just go up a size no worries, now I'm conscious of my waistbands getting tighter.
