The dreaded bounce back - plus stupid eating. I had cheese which I know puts weight on me. I need to get back to the mantra 'meat, fish eggs, green veg; no flour, no sugar.'
187.2 lb Lost so far: 3.1 lb.    Still to go: 27.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 3.1 lb a week
