Yesterday I pretty well fasted - I had a Bounce protein ball and coffee. So I'll expect a bounce back tomorrow. I wasn't particularly hungry and after a busy, for me, week, I slept a lot of yesterday.
186.3 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.9 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
