Hello everyone. I'm Kathy. Married to a wonderful man. we have three grown children. 7 grands and 2 great grands. My life is good except for one thing. my health. mainly my weight and fitness. Far to long with this up and down weight gain, weight loss. I mean it is like I have not learned anything. But I've made up my mind I'm going to do something about it. That is why I'm back. I know this time I will have victory.
