Share your tips for getting the water in!
I keep a 1 liter bottle with me at all times. I can usually down the 1st liter fairly quickly but the other liter usually get downed at night + another 1/2 liter as that is always when I am at my thirstiest. I've noticed if I keep the water room temp it's easier to drink and the more i drink the more my body wants. I think it was a bit of a shock to my system when I went from maybe 1-2 glasses of water a day to 2-3 liters a day.

Whats going on!!!!!!!!!!!!!
as someone who could have posted this exact thing 2 weeks ago I have a very simple question, how much water are you drinking? I was barely getting 2-3 cups a day once I made it mandatory to drink 2 liters (just over 8 c) a day I suddenly saw the weight on the scale sliding down. I was hanging on to a lot of water weight!

30 day sred
we are doing this in a challenge and have it set to do 3-4 days per week you so each level 10 days (1.5 wks) so you are finished all 3 levels in 30 days. I think it's a great workout. The first time I did it I got discouraged because I saw no changes but that was to be expected as I was 1) not eating enough 2) not drinking enough and 3) didnt have weight to lose, so I quit. Now I am much more determined and doing better.

Getting the ball rolling...help....
I second Andrea's post! Start drinking 2 liters or more of water per day. I was holding on to extra weight that would not drop despite all of my working out and fantastic eating. I started drinking 2-3 liters a day last Thursday and I have dropped 5lbs since. Once you start to see the scale drop (and admittedly I don't need to drop much at all) it really gives you that oomph to continue pushing to see it keep going to your goal weight!
