I am a 29 year old mother of 4 kids. Their ages range from 11 years old to 2 years old. I've got about 12.5 pounds of excess weight I'd like to get off....I'd like to say it's from the kids, but I was already heavier than I felt comfortable before I had my 2nd & 3rd kids. I struggle with being lazy and not wanting to get up and move to get in some excercise....It really is difficult being a SAHM with all the food temptations and kids eating. I did say difficult...not impossible...especially if I trust God will help me through it!
So, here we go....

TURBO JAM
When I started Turbo Jam during the summer I was so into it, it was so much fun, and I even looked forward to doing it. Since I stopped for a couple of months due to vacations and stuff I have zero desire to start back up. I'm hoping to stop the soda (again) and increase my water since that's what I had done then and see what happens.

Jump Start
Does anybody have ideas on how to jump start my weight loss? I've only been at it about a week, but every other time I've tried to lose weight it's shown up almost immediately. I'm just super frustrated that I've seen NO progress yet? Could it just be that I'm gaining muscle in place of the fat so I'm not seeing anything yet?

Please help.
