Here is my
phase 2, day 12
(FS day 21, Sunday, 27th May):
09:15 am - oatmeal with low-fat milk
12:30 pm - two green apples
03:15 pm - mexican/chili beans
07:00 pm - fresh pineapple

Weigh-in day! The results are very good, in three weeks I've lost 10kg (approx 22lbs). I am feeling great, have more self-esteem and am confident I can reach my goal!

lost so far:
22.0 lb
still to go:
52.9 lb
Diet followed reasonably well

09:15 am - oatmeal with low-fat milk
12:30 pm - two green apples, puffed brown rice cake
03:30 pm - small melon
07:00 pm - mexican/chili beans
Just one more day and then the weigh-in!

Here is my
phase 2, day 10
(FS day 19, Friday, 25th May):
09:30 am - oatmeal with low-fat milk
12:00 pm - arugula/cherry tomatoes/lettuce salad, grilled squid
02:30 pm - low-fat yoghurt with fresh strawberries
06:00 pm - bowl of fresh cherries
With a side of 45min of bicycle workout and water ;)

12:30 pm - two green apples, puffed brown rice cake
03:30 pm - low-fat yoghurt
06:30 pm - curry chicken with brown rice
Can't wait for monday's weigh-in :)
