Here is my
phase 2, day 8
(FS day 17, Wednesday, 23rd May):
09:15 am - oatmeal with low-fat milk
12:30 pm - two green apples, puffed brown rice cake
04:30 pm - grilled white fish, tomato salad
09:30 pm - fresh strawberries

Here is my
phase 2, day 7
(FS day 16, Tuesday, 22nd May):
09:30 am - oatmeal with low-fat milk
12:00 pm - tomato/lettuce/radicchio/cabbage salad with grilled turkey
04:30 pm - one apple, one small melon
06:30 pm - 1/2 cup of low-fat milk, one slice of low-fat cheese
08:45 pm - two oranges
Today I didn't use my bicycle, but did 1h and 15min of power walk instead. And it felt really good, I was sweating my a** off :)

Here is my
phase 2, day 6
(FS day 15, Monday, 21st May):
09:15 am - oatmeal with low-fat milk
12:30 pm - two small green apples, puffed brown rice cake
04:00 pm - grilled fish, tomato/peppers/onion salad
08:00 pm - fresh sliced pineapple
I try to eat the same food as in phase 1 with the addition of fish or chicken. I also try to avoid the not-so-good-for-you-but-still-ok-stuff that is allowed in phase 2. Today I did 50 minutes of bicycle cardio workout. Have to burn that fat! :)

It's monday morning and time for another weigh-in. I'm satisfied with the results although the weight loss is not as rapid as in phase 1. But I think that is normal.

Diet followed reasonably well

01:30 pm - two apples, one banana
03:00 pm - one green apple
06:00 pm - barbecued veal/zucchini/portobello mushrooms with garlic
