Finally, here is my last day of
phase 1, day 9
(Tuesday, 15th May):
09:30 am - oatmeal, low-fat milk
01:00 pm - big bowl of fresh cherries
03:00 pm - puffed brown rice cake
04:00 pm - two green apples
Today I haven't eater that much (because I wasn't hungry) - but at least I tried to keep it regular.
I'm so excited, today is the last day of phase 1 and tomorrow morning is my weigh-in day!
Can't wait to see the results on the scale. The only thing that I wasn't supposed to have during this 10 days and I had it (before I noticed that it wasn't allowed) was two 0,5l bottles of flavored water. It still has only 50kcal per bottle, but the whole idea of phase 1 is the detox (from the sweeterens ans other stuff). But I think I will survive ;)
And finally some meat on the menu from now on, how about that! :) Any tips for phase two?

Here is my
phase 1, day 8
(Monday, 14th May):
09:30 am - oatmeal, low-fat milk
01:00 pm - puffed brown rice cake, two green apples
03:00 pm - one green apple
04:30 pm - grilled zucchini with tofu
08:00 pm - one melon
Can't believe i've stayed away from meat, bread, potatoes, pasta etc for so long. I don't think I've ever done that in my whole life :)
And I am feeling great! Fat Smash is THE way :)

Here is my
phase 1, day 7
(Sunday, 13th May):
09:30 am - eggwhite omlet with green peppers, 1 cup of low-fat milk
02:00 pm - mexican/chilli beans, dry brown rice
05:00 pm - mexican/chilli beans leftovers
08:00 pm - mixed fruit salad
With half an hour of bicycle workout.
P.S.: Mexican beans recipe found on fatfree.com turned out to be delicious!

Here is my
phase 1, day 6
(Saturday, 12th May):
09:00 am - oatmeal with low-fat milk
01:00 pm - puffed brown rice cake, half of melon
02:00 pm - two green apples
04:30 pm - grilled fresh veggie mix, dry brown rice
08:30 pm - frozen bananna
...plus 30 mins of bicycle workout. Feeling good and not hungry at all.
