Here is my phase 2, day 9 (FS day 18, Thursday, 24th May):

09:15 am - oatmeal with low-fat milk
12:30 pm - two green apples, puffed brown rice cake
03:30 pm - low-fat yoghurt
06:30 pm - curry chicken with brown rice

Can't wait for monday's weigh-in :)

Wow you're good... ohh, I love curry! What'd you add to chicken? I plan to make chicken & brown rice today!

Perhaps I should call it green apples diet :) Adora: I use some onions for the base, then add some garlic, curry powder, ginger powder, 1/2 cup of low-fat milk, 1/4 cup of low-fat yoghurt and, of course, chicken. It's simple and delicious ;)
