phase 2, day 17
(FS day 26, Friday, 1st June):
09:30 am - oatmeal with low-fat milk
12:30 pm - mixed salad with grilled turkey strips
04:30 pm - two green apples, puffed brown rice cake
07:00 pm - half of fresh pineapple

Here is my
phase 2, day 16
(FS day 25, Thursday, 31st May):
09:30 am - oatmeal with low-fat milk
12:00 pm - low-fat plain yoghurt
02:30 pm - tomato/peppers/onions salad, grilled oyster mushrooms
05:30 pm - fresh cherries
Also did 40 minutes of bicycle workout today. Feeling good.

Here is my
phase 2, day 15
(FS day 24, Wednesday, 30th May):
09:30 am - oatmeal with low-fat milk
12:30 pm - two green apples, puffed brown rice cake
02:30 pm - low-fat plain yoghurt
05:00 pm - low-fat plain yoghurt
07:00 pm - business dinner (!)
Well, the dinner wasn't so bad (except for the meat part):
- small tomato/cucumber/peppers salad
- small grilled pork steak and small grilled burger meat
- baked beans
Then we went to the office for some presentations and finished with one whiskey on the rocks. It was a courtesy thing so it was kind of obligatory.
All in all, a very successful day, the meeting went well and no serious damage was done with the dinner. Now on with the diet!

12:30 pm - one green apple
03:00 pm - two green apples, puffed brown rice cake
06:30 pm - arugula with smoked salmon and balsamic vinegar
Very busy day today, not much time for meal-planning.

(FS day 22, Monday, 28th May):
09:15 am - oatmeal with low-fat milk
12:00 pm - tomato/cucumber/peppers/onions salad with feta cheese
03:00 pm - one green apple
06:30 pm - fresh cherries
Also did 45 minutes of bicycle workout today. The weigh-in this morning really made my day and gave me the motivation :)
I will always remember this quote from the book: Diets don't fail people, people fail diets!
Everyone can loose weight, you just have to put your mind to it. Be stubborn and don't allow yourself to slip. It's not that hard, it's just a matter of discipline. You can do it!
