Here is my
phase 2, day 4
(FS day 13, Saturday, 19th May):
09:15 am - oatmeal with low-fat milk
01:30 pm - one green apple
05:00 pm - one green apple
08:30 pm - two apples, one peach, a slice of low-fat cheese
Very busy day today! Didn't eat as much because I was really really busy and didn't find the time. All in all, feeling quite good.

Another day, another menu :)
Here is my
phase 2, day 3
(FS day 12, Friday, 18th May):
09:15 am - oatmeal, low-fat milk
01:00 pm - fresh tomato/cucumber/peppers salad with italian dressing
05:00 pm - mixed sea-food salad with lemon
08:00 pm - one green apple
Again, 45min of bicycle workout. I'm feeling great!

phase 2, day 2
(FS day 11, Thursday, 17th May):
09:30 am - oatmeal, low-fat milk
01:00 am - one apple, one bananna, puffed brown rice cake
04:00 pm - chicken steak with zucchini/tomato sauce
07:00 pm - fresh strawberries
With 45min of bicycle workout.
I have decided to weigh-in every monday morning, so I won't be disappointed if I do it more often. Are there any recommendations for the weigh-in interval for phase 2?

Start of phase 2.
Here is my
phase 2, day 1
(FS day 10, Wednesday, 16th May):
09:30 am - oatmeal with low-fat milk
01:00 pm - mexican/chilli beans
03:30 pm - two green apples
06:30 pm - curry chicken with rice
I love that chicken thingy ;)

The day is here!
I have lost 5.9kg (approx 13 pounds) in phase 1! I knew there were going to be some results, but I didn't expect them to be this good :)
I am very happy with my progress so far. And now on to phase 2, which is (if i am correct?) like phase 1 but with some lean meat also involved ;) Finally!
Do you guys have any tips for me for phase 2?
