Start of phase 2.
Here is my phase 2, day 1 (FS day 10, Wednesday, 16th May):
09:30 am - oatmeal with low-fat milk 01:00 pm - mexican/chilli beans 03:30 pm - two green apples 06:30 pm - curry chicken with rice
I love that chicken thingy ;)

Chicken thingy, hee-hee. I love Chicken curry! I have a recipe I always make, that my mom used to make for me. It isn't so bad for you but it also isn't approved for the Fat Smash cycles, I think. I will have to treat myself to some in maintenence!

I use some onions for the base, then add some garlic, curry powder, ginger powder, 1/2 cup of low-fat milk, 1/4 cup of low-fat yoghurt and, of course, chicken. It's simple and delicious ;)
