Sooo tired.... After working all day, taking care of the kids, ended up working on a project for work until almost 2:30am, alarm went off at 5:45am....fighting the big urge to eat crap today. I WILL not give in.... Tomorrow is weigh in and I have done great this week. Hoping for a 1-2lb loss. So damn close to that 200 number and refuse to give into urges today. I keep telling myself that I can use my 1 day a week cheat tomorrow night. May splurge and have 2 pieces of pizza(keeps mefrom not cheating just thinking about it)....All is good.... could always be so much worse. I am blessed and need to stay positive today.errrrrrrr
Happy Valentines Day FS Friends.... STAY AWAY FROM THE SUGAR/CHOCOLATE.... remember... it goes right to our butt!

Well, I made up with the treadmill last night. I was mad at it for screaming at me for the weekend. Actually avoided the room it was in, out of sight, out of mind... but we are back together now.I feel really good this week and have been trying hard to just stay focused. I have up'ed my mental goal from hoping for 1lb loss at weigh in on Friday to 1.5-2lbs. I truly feel good that I can do this. I do need to take in more water as I have slacked a bit and up'ed my diet coke intake... not good, I know. I am working hard to hit that stupid 200 number on the scale by next Friday.... I have to do it....I will do it....

How do I get a different color than pink on my weigh in's? What do the colors mean? I have checked and can not locate what they mean on the site.

Today is a glorious day. I am doing a little dance for myself... I got on the scale mid-week, which I tell myself not to do, but obviously... at 39 am still a rebel. I have lost 1/2 lb, even with the company this past weekend.I guess when I cheated, I truly only did very small portions and it shows.I am actually looking forward to Sat weigh in. I am going to try so hard to make it a full pound.... oh, 200 is so close.. I want it sooo bad... My 1st goal of 199... I can truly see it now for the first time in 5 years...I am just so pumped up today. Everyone's journals look so good. This site has truly been a blessing to me.... what inspiration I get from all of you. WOOHOOOOOO!

It could have been much worse. All the company this weekend, pasta, comforting food everywhere I turned.... Only gave in a little, and took very small portions of what I surrendered to. Didn't gain so I look at it as a successful weekend. Could have been distaterous. Saved many calories for cocktails (hehe). Refocused this week as every1 has gone home. Treadmill will once again be my friend. New goal is to be below 200 (will happily take 199) before the end of Feb. Very doable if I stay focused. No more company until March, so I have to bust my BIG butt the next 2 weeks.... Skinny girl is screaming she wants that 199 number so damn bad...
