Well, I couldn't wait.I had to weigh this am.One more day, but just couldn't wait.I am down 2.5lbs this week. WOOOHOOOOO.This challenge has given me the push I needed.Only 4 more pounds to get past my 1st goal. That stupid damn 200 number on the scale is MINE>>>>>I am more determined than ever.I have not seen 204 on the scale in years.Only 4 more stinkin' lbs to that 1st beautiful number goal.... Skinny girl is doing VICTORY dance today.... It WILL happen, she will come out.GO WHITE CORVETTES!!!!!!!!

I was still really full at dinner time after eating that huge salad w/ enough calories in the ranch to max out. I had a few bites, but just wasn't into it. I ending up having an apple and some fresh brocholli just to get something nutritous in me. Didn't work out, but today is a new day. I hope I am down at least 1 pound for Sat weigh in. I truly have to refocus my workout(or lack of). I am starting to finally control the food, starting to see it a little more each day as a necessity vs. just binging. I am far from where I need to be, but feel like I am finally getting there mentally. I need to get there with the treadmill. Excuses are plentiful for me....One day at a time... I am thankful for what I have lost so far. Go skinny girl go!!!

Everyone.... I don't know if you have heard of "The Secret", but I practice my thank you's everyday, trying to surround myself with positive thoughts, no matter what. I mess up at times, but I truly believe that positive thinking brings on positive actions. I thought I would share a quote from the book.
"I am truly grateful to know that I am the creator of my future, and that I have the power to do anything"
We all want the same outcome, to be healthier/thinner so that we can be around longer. We all deserve a cheer for putting forth the effort..... woohooo

So...Confession.... I usually have a slimfast for lunch. All my company's higher ups here today, picked up lunch from a BBQ place for them, got a wonderful, big salad w/ grilled chicken..... but used extra ranch, not fatfree/low cal, but good ole stick to my big butt ranch... I think I just used all my calories allowed in that dressing. Going to do slimfast for dinner. It was worth it...at least it was salad and not cheesefries (used to get that from this restaurant). whewww.... confession is good.

Portabella mushroom veggie burger was pretty good. I had 2 (70 cal each) with mustard and cheated a little w/ 2 pieces of bread. The whold thing was only360 calories though. I feel really good about my choices this week. I pray the scale reflects it on Sat. So close to the 200 number..... only 6.5 away from 1st goal and really want it in the next 3 weeks. The challenge gives me the extra motivation I need..... well bosses are all in town today, so I have to hit the grind. Love to everyone and remember... skinny girl in all wants out!
