Going to try a gardenburger tonight on the advice of one of my FS buddies.... I ususally eat whatever I make the family, but smaller portions. I need to hit this a little harder, so dinner is usually my "big" meal. I am planning gardenburger w/ mustard and a small salad. Going to try this for a few days and hopefully it will help get closer to that magical number I need to see....(doesn't mean I can't fantasize that it is a real big, fat, juicy burger :) )

Well, I must say that thanks to the Challenge, I now weigh in on Sat. where I used to on Mondays. Weekends were my downfall and this weekend wasn't as hard as I had to record my weight on Sat. I have given myself one small cheat on Sat nights and it helped tremendously this weekend. Best weekend in a month. I am very focused, although didn't get enough water in yesterday. I am determined to break that damn 200 number on the scale within the next 2 weeks. I need to reach that first goal for the extra umph I need. Stay focused.... skinny girl needs out....

So... I caved hard... Dreaming of fat soaked, grease dripping off my mouth, salty fries, enough salt to actually lick it off my fingers Krystal bugers for 3 weeks. I officially caved. I gave in and it showed on the scale this weekend for the weigh in. I did not loose a single ounce this past week. Officially starting over today. Refocused... I guess I am truly an emotionally eater. Rough week, ate lots... Last week the treadmill was my enemy. This week, my BFF.... I will not go backwards, have to keep focusing on the futre. Skinny girl is screaming from within. Will not allow myself to let that scale go up. Going to do double duty this week on the treadmill. FOCUS....errrrrr damit!!!!!!!!

I am so excited about this challenge. I really think it will help me get through the trying weekends for me. I am very bloated today on my hands..... I have been chugging water like I have had any for months....Getting ready to hit the treadmill. Weighed in for the challenge, normally my weigh in is on Monday, so I am starting fresh on Sat now. I lost no weight this week.... I wanna cry, but I guess I will take it as a challenge...Just wish my hands would not be so swollen....Go team go...... vroooooooooommmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
