It seems like Groundhog day..here I am again, trying to once again change my body, mind and soul to allow the "real" me to be free and look and feel the way I deserve to be.It has been a few years since I have taken this journey and now that I have gained most of my weight loss back, plus some (ok... alot),I find myself trying to figure out how I let it get this far again.I am a very proud mother of 2 children, 9 and 14.I have spent all my free time when not working doting on them, spending precious time making wonderful memories. They are now at the age that I can start spending a little time everyday on ME.Something I have not allowed myself to do in years.I am usually my worst enemy when it comes to making me time.I have finally reached this point once again that I have to do for me, in order to continue to do for everyone around me.This will once again be a very long journey, but I am ready to take it on, day by day.Really, my goal is not a weight, but just a size and the way I feel.I will only challenge myself today and not worry about tomorrow, or next week. That is the only way I can take this journey or I always somehow sabatoge myself. So, for today, I will excercise, even for only 30 minutes and I will eat healthier. Tomorrow is no concern..just today.There is a skinnier me in here and she wants out.I long to welcome her :)

I sure do miss being on here everyday!!!! Work has taken over my life, it feel that way anyways

Went to Curves - 30 min
15 min of abs

30 min on Treadmill

Monday (today)
Already went to Curves - 30 min

New Challenge-
To curve the munchies, which is at least 1/2 to blame for my bigg butt, I ALWAYS carry on me daily the following:
* snack size bags of carrots (not mini's, the big ones cut up, doc told me more nutrients in the big ones)
* Always have 90 cal yogurt in the fidge at home/work)
* Always have an apple home/work as when I eat it, it bloats in the belly and fills me up

I have found that my "new" routine of buying carrots in bulk (I have to have some crunch) and peeling/cutting/bagging enough for the week on Sunday truly helps. I just grab the baggie out of fridage and go, no excuses about time.

I have never before Jan of this yr paid much attention. It is amazing how sodium effects my weight. Even the lean cuisines are LOADED w/ sodium. I used to live on those and think I was doing good, not realizing that it made me retain enough to make the scale go up. I also pay attention to the Satuarted fat, even if it claims to be low fat. So, basically, I pay total attention to the sodium/sat fat more than I do the calories....

Today, I have:

30 min. at Curves
15 min ab crunches

24 hours-hurting in places I don't remember ever having muscles.... Embarassed

Going to try to do something additional tonight as this soreness has got to stop.

I do not log on weekends Sad, so here is 3 days worth...

My goal is to exercise (not just my stupid treadmill) every day I come to work, which is Mon-Fri. At least 5 times a week, on my lunch hour, I will go to Curves and sweat it out. I just joined Friday, so this is perfecto... I started Sat though as I used to always say I would "start Monday" and never did.

Sat - 30 min at gym + 15 min ab crunches
Sun - 30 min at gym + 15 min ab crunches
Mon - 30 min at gym + 15 min ab crunches

Yeah baby..... Cool

Yeah baby... count this skinny girl (it will be true someday again...) in...

I am packing my bags as we speak... rushing because I signed up late, but have been "approved" to travel with everyone.... yeah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

HCG works 100%, but I am struggling in the late evenings to stay on track. Loss should have been closer to 7lbs this week. Still greatful for the 4lb loss ...
