I'm a 37 year old female who gained 20 lbs last year. I now understand what it means when people say, "It's not what you are eating, it's what is eating you." Oh well, it's time to reverse the damage I've done ... it certainly didn't change anything but my waist line.
I come from a long line of skinny-mini people. My dad was 6'3" and 160lbs, my mom weighed 140 at her heaviest (pregnant). At my heaviest a month ago I was 150lbs and I am not pregnant.
Looking to fit back into a size 6 ... would kill for a size 4.
I work 10 hours a day and drive one hour each way to get there. I have my own gym which I have not used nearly as much as I intended when I built it 3 years ago. Now my friend has agreed to come over and work out with me three times a week. It's made a big difference in my motivation to get out there and exercise.
