I am not too thrilled about my day yesterday but I was so busy and left house at 07:15 to gym, after gym came back for an hour to shower and finish up and only got back again after 18:00 so I just grabbed and snacked on the go! Bad I know, but whatever!

Doing my Body Assessment tonight - so nervous but also excited !
Silly mind of mine thinks cause I am getting an eating plan tomorrow I can eat and eat and eat endlessly today - which is not the case !!

But I already had 2 cookies and it will NOT go further !

Almost weekend again... But I will follow my eating plan from tomorrow morning ! Re-Assessment is in 2-3 weeks after initial assessment, so I need to give 100% in order for them to see if it is having a positive effect!
Will post Results tomorrow!!

good luck with the eating plan, that was one thing i could never ever do and its following a eating plan.

I have never really tried a eating plan since they mostly contain things that I have to buy especially - not one eating plan is based on you as a person unless its personalised by a professional - which mine will be ! So I am hoping that will give me some motivation to follow it ! Also I am paying to get everything done and receive the plan, and it's not as if I had the change lying around, so hopefully that helps as well :)
