I retired in northern Wisconsin 6 yrs.ago and was bored to death after working for over 35yrs. I started volunteering at our hospital gift shop and absolutely love it. Now I'm the manager with with more responsibility but I still love it. I also belong to the American Legion Auxiliary where I'm the secretary. I think getting out and talking to people gives me a new look on life. Most of the ladies are thin so I need to be healthier and eat better.

Hopeless
The cruise control diet is a lower carb diet,you eat lots of veggies and meat, some dairy no sugar.very strict for 2 wks. Then every week you have 2 cheat meals per wk.and you can eat anything you want. I can't say enough about it. My husband lost 10# in 2 wks and 4in.off his middle

Hopeless
I'm on the cruise control diet and so are my 2 sisters. It is so easy you don't even feel you are on a diet. Lower carb and no sugar. No measuring. My friend and I started together her on weight watchers me on cc. I lost 13# she lost 4

I'm on the cruise control life style too, soo easy. When you really stick to the right foods you can't help but lose weight. Good for you

Garcinia Cambogia
I saw a segment on the Dr. Oz show where half the audience took the green coffee drops and the other half didnt. The people who took the drops lost a lot of weight,compared to the people who didnt. Dr. Oz thought the green coffee drops were good.

starting hcg
hi, i will be starting the maintenace phase this wed. I found if you make a menu for the week, shop for everything you need. weigh it and put in ziplock bags except your fruit. its sooo much easier. so far 17# and 6 in.
still have 20# to go. love this diet.
