I joined to lose weight, joined a gym to help! I now am 15 lbs heavier than when I started. I do not know what I am doing wrong.
Anyone have a suggestion?? I am so far down I don't think I will be able to come up again!

Did you measure? Sometimes one can build lean body mass and gain weight. So what diet are you on? Do you know how much you can eat and still lose weight? Have you been at the doctors and checked up your thyroid etc.

Your profile says you're mainly living of diet shakes and nuts. Those are pretty calory dense foods and maybe aren't the best for weightloss. Maybe try something that's harder to overeat (like fruits and vegetables). I certainly found a high correlation between fiber and satiation while staying in a caloric deficit. Hope it helps!

I'm on the cruise control diet and so are my 2 sisters. It is so easy you don't even feel you are on a diet. Lower carb and no sugar. No measuring. My friend and I started together her on weight watchers me on cc. I lost 13# she lost 4

What is a "cruise control diet" I have never heard of it.

The cruise control diet is a lower carb diet,you eat lots of veggies and meat, some dairy no sugar.very strict for 2 wks. Then every week you have 2 cheat meals per wk.and you can eat anything you want. I can't say enough about it. My husband lost 10# in 2 wks and his middle
