retired diabetic am type two no longer take insulin injections which I took 4 shot a day long and short insulin shots have gone from 220 to 148 lbs am still taking metformin 1,000 units twice a day and lisinopril once a day the Keto diet has made amazing results in my health.

When ever I eat carbs my body has such a negative reaction I see inflammation in my face and feet and get sores on my head and feet just itches like I had a severe reaction carbs are truly bad for my body in every way and takes a lot of effort to
to get back on tract.

hello i am type 2 limit i do to 30 carbs a day good carbs from veggies limit fruits stay away from processed foods those are bad carbs when go off your diet it will mess you up with constipation as to say you eat whatever you want over the holidays a good remedy I use 2 heaping Tlbs of coconut oil in coffee in the morning will put you back on track

Too many calories recommended, confused
your body you will have to get to know if it feels like to many calories lower them i made sure i took vitamins every day to make sure i was getting enough nutrition have lost 75 lbs and at this time am doing a carnivore diet plan. a fun challenge to work for me is daily accountability i did 1200 calories on some of the other challenges worked well for me with exercise and fasting do not be afraid to get in and adjust things that is the fun of working with life time changes we get to know our bodies and to adjust the fuel to maintain our desired weight i am not always perfect on my diet had a weight of 145 and limit of 150 when i hit the 150 mark i adjust my diet and fast to maintain get rid of the carbs the sugar i cheat on once in a while just remember when u come out of ketosis you start storing fat again enjoy this don't stress wonderful to learn to care for yourself your in the drivers seat shift how you will if you have a cheat day next day get up smile forget it and start your day special holidays i never miss suggest keto snacks for holidays coming up hard to get off carbs if overloaded with them good luck
