Got into that dress for my nephew's wedding. Diets work if you have motivation!

Stayed at a B & B with full breakfasts and some! Unfortunately, took advantage of those steaming hot cranberry wheat muffins, wild blueberry pancakes, french toast with icing, 3 egg omlettes with everything you wanted in them, plus yogurt, juices and coffee. No wonder I'm waddling.
Back home now, after 3 days of the above, so I'm trying to get back on track!

I am choosing to cut down on the many carbohydrates in my life. The flax bread that I make (no flour), helps me get through the day. Unfortunately, my fall 2 months ago is still causing me grief with my knees, so exercise is limited. Physio is helping.
Can't wait for this winter to end! Snow on the ground again today - April 7th.

Now I'm back on OWL program - Atkins. I only lost a little on WW. My carbo cravings increased on WW, so I wasn't going anywhere. I took out Atkins, South Beach, Fat Wars and Prevention's Low Carb Recipe books - put them all together to do what I'm doing!
The hard part is resisting my husband's morning delight muffins and his chocolate walnut oatmeal cookies. Sabotage, I think on his part.
