I am choosing to cut down on the many carbohydrates in my life. The flax bread that I make (no flour), helps me get through the day. Unfortunately, my fall 2 months ago is still causing me grief with my knees, so exercise is limited. Physio is helping.

Can't wait for this winter to end! Snow on the ground again today - April 7th.
