Now I'm back on OWL program - Atkins. I only lost a little on WW. My carbo cravings increased on WW, so I wasn't going anywhere. I took out Atkins, South Beach, Fat Wars and Prevention's Low Carb Recipe books - put them all together to do what I'm doing! The hard part is resisting my husband's morning delight muffins and his chocolate walnut oatmeal cookies. Sabotage, I think on his part.
