The three E's for me.
I want to be 10 lbs lighter = Exercise, Eating and Engagement + adding a 4th E - Excellence.

Went back to W.W. since I am a lifetime member. I haven't lost the 10 lbs I want to on any of the other diets I've tried so I will discipline myself to counting points again.

Summer time and the living is easy! Not ready to go back to a stringent diet yet, but I am exercising! Doing 1 hour at the Y 3 x week consistently. Seems to help.
